Thursday, June 9th

6:00 – 8:30pm Networking Sponsor Reception – An opportunity to pre-view the live and silent auction items,
meet with both charities and your team members all while enjoying a glass of wine and some
appetizers and canapes – Thank you Pembina Pipeline!

In addition – be there to take part in the Earl’s $500,000.00 Hole in One Shoot Out – Golfer
Auction. Partake as we auction off 10 of Grande Prairie’s finest golfers (including a wild card
or two) who will shoot for a hole in one on Friday Morning!

Friday, June 10th

9:00 am – Registration, buy your Golden Tickets and enjoy a Breakfast sandwich and coffee.
10:00 am – The Earl’s $500,000.00 Golfer Shoot Out – View on #9th Green.
11:00 am – Shot Gun Start – 18 holes of golf – Best Ball format – fun for all!
4:00 – 5:30pm (approx.) Crown & Anchor Deck Party with live music.
6:00pm – Fabulous Dinner

Followed by Silent Auction, the Live Auction, Golden Ticket Draw, and lots of laughs with your teams !

Shoot-Out Details:

What is the $500,000 Shoot-Out?

This unique Event provides you an opportunity to take advantage of the skills of one of Grande Prairies Top Golfers for a chance to win ½ a million Dollars! Approximately 14 skilled golfers will be auctioned off at the tournament social Thursday June 9th.
Winning bidders will be able to select their player for the shootout from this group (each player can only be selected once).
Shooters will then have a chance to win $500,000 for their buyer by holing a shot from 160 yards on the 18th hole at GP Country Club on Friday June 10th at 10:00am.
If there is no one with a hole in one, the buyer of the person with the shot closest to the pin on the green will win 30% of the auction proceeds (an estimated amount of $4,000 – $5,000).
